Payments

The payment for each order is made with complete security using a VISA or MASTERCARD credit card from any bank via SSL Security Protocol (Security Certificate & SSL Technology), which is confirmed through the VISA and MASTERCARD 3D Secure Network system. You can also pay via secure PayPal transaction or cash on delivery.

If you choose to receive your order from an ACS Pick Up Point from the available shipping methods, then your order must be paid only by credit/debit card or PayPal.

Transactions exceeding five hundred (5000,00) Euros can only be made by bank transfer, i.e., either by debit/credit card or via PayPal. Therefore, orders whose total price exceeds this amount cannot be paid by cash on delivery and, in the case of delivery via the Click & Collect service, payment must be made either by credit/debit card or PayPal.

The Store has taken all necessary measures to ensure the security of transactions using your credit card. However, in the event of proven fraudulent use of your credit card, your charge may be cancelled upon your request to the bank that issued your credit card, which must investigate your complaint. For this reason, you are obliged, as soon as you become aware that this has happened, to inform the issuing bank so that your card can be cancelled and its use by unauthorised persons is excluded.

*In case of a return, the cash on delivery service fee is non-refundable, regardless of the return method (refund, or credit voucher).

During the payment process, SARKK S.A. has the right to carry out credit checks. Based on the results of credit checks we may change, adjust or reject an order and/or the selected payment method. In most cases we will offer you the option to choose another payment method.
