Orders, or parts of them, may be cancelled by our system for various reasons. Possible reasons include:
If your order is cancelled, you will receive a notification email. You will not be charged for any cancelled items.
If the cancellation occurs after payment, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.
In case your payment was made through IRIS, the refund will be completed by a bank transfer to your account.

Our online store processes orders that are registered and shipped exclusively within Cyprus.
Deliveries can be made to all regions of Cyprus. We always strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely.
Your order can be canceled from the moment it is placed until just before it is shipped. Orders are processed as soon as possible, so we recommend that you contact us promptly.

If you have chosen to collect your order from a Box Now Locker, once your parcel arrives at the locker, you will receive an SMS containing a 6-digit code that unlocks the compartment.

Every order that we send from our warehouse is carefully inspected.
In case you receive a damaged parcel, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service team.
Before accepting your delivery, please inspect the parcel and its content for any potential damage that may have occurred during the shipment.
It’s normal for the carton to show some wear, however, if the damage is significant, then we kindly ask you to do the following:
When you contact our Customer Service Team, please have your order number, item number and tracking number (all this information is included in your shipment confirmation e-mail) along with your e-mail address and phone number at hand.
Your order will be cancelled so that you can place a new one. In case you have chosen Credit/Debit Card or Paypal as a payment method, we will refund your order once the parcel is returned to our premises.
If you notice any default/damage to any of the items after receipt you can proceed to a return immediately. At the same time fill out the printed return form found inside your package, the item being returned and the reason for return. Include the return form in the parcel you are returning.
