If you have chosen Box Now delivery, you may pay by credit/debit card, PayPal, or through the Box Now Pay on the Go payment service.

Yes, there is a €1 fee for the Box Now Pay on The Go service.

If the contact information you provided is incorrect, please reach out to us via email at ck.support@sarkk.cy so we can update Box Now with the correct details.

Once your package is delivered to the locker, you will receive the six-digit code (PIN) to unlock the locker via SMS or Viber on the mobile phone number you provided, as well as via email.

If you haven’t received the code:

• Check that your contact information (mobile phone number and email) is correct.
• Check your spam folder.

If the information is incorrect or you still haven’t received the code, please contact us so we can update Box Now with the correct details.

If you received your order via Box Now, you can return your parcel by following these steps:

• Select a Locker that is convenient for you (see available lockers here).
• Visit the Locker and enter the parcel ID on the screen – you can find it on your shipping receipt or in the email/Viber/SMS you received from Box Now.
• Place the parcel inside the locker and close the door.

Perfect! Your returned parcel will reach our central warehouse within 2 days.

Even if you received your order via another delivery method, you can still return your parcel to a Box Now locker by filling in your details here. Find the nearest locker, enter the code you received via email/Viber/SMS, and complete your return quickly and easily.

The amount will be refunded to the account you specified on the return form.

The Box Now Pay on The Go fee is not refundable, regardless of the method used to process the return (refund, or credit voucher issuance).
