Payment method by credit/debit card or PayPal
Your parcel will be waiting for you in the BOX NOW locker for 48 hours. You can easily extend the pickup time for another 48 hours via the message you’ll receive on your mobile phone or email.

If you have chosen Box Now delivery, you may pay by credit/debit card, PayPal, or through the Box Now Pay on the Go payment service.
Yes, there is a €1 fee for the Box Now Pay on The Go service.
Once your package is delivered to the locker, you will receive the six-digit code (PIN) to unlock the locker via SMS or Viber on the mobile phone number you provided, as well as via email.

If the information is incorrect or you still haven’t received the code, please contact us so we can update Box Now with the correct details.
The amount will be refunded to the account you specified on the return form.
The Box Now Pay on The Go fee is not refundable, regardless of the method used to process the return (refund, or credit voucher issuance).
