Gift Cards and Vouchers

Here's everything you should know about our gift cards.

E-Gift Cards
E-Gift cards are digital vouchers sent via email and can be used exclusively on our website and in our stores. They are valid for 6 months.

Buying an E-Gift card

Cancelled an E-Gift card
An E-Gift Card can only be cancelled within 14 days, and only in unused condition by the person who purchased it. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for your original purchase. Please, send your request via email at ck.support@sarkk.cy, or by filling out the Contact Form found here, mentioning your original gift card order number. You can visit our T&Cs for more information heree.

In-store gift cards
In-store gift cards can only be bought in our stores and can be used online and in our stores. Find a store near you here.

E-Gift Cards
When placing an order, you can use your E-Gift card, please keep the following in mind:

• To use your gift card for an order, please enter your gift card number in the “Gift Card/ Credit Voucher” field during checkout.
• The order amount must exceed the value of your gift card. For the remaining amount use any other available payment method.
• You can only use one e-gift card or credit voucher per order. You cannot combine e-gift cards and credit vouchers in the same order.
• If you decide to return any of the items, a refund will be placed on a new credit voucher.

In case your e-gift card /credit voucher cannot be applied please note that:

- It is also possible that the e-gift card /credit voucher has expired
- Please check if you enter your gift card number in the “Gift Card/ Credit Voucher” field during checkout
